Our experienced team of case management professionals, led by a seasoned expert in veteran benefits, is committed to

Scholarship
Each year, 1911 United Inc. proudly awards the David Harrell Scholarship to an outstanding senior student in the Washington DC metro area. This scholarship is a tribute to the memory of David Harrell, a distinguished actor and esteemed member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
David Harrell's legacy embodies excellence, determination, and community spirit. The scholarship is designed to recognize and support a scholarly student who demonstrates exceptional academic achievement, leadership qualities, and a commitment to service within their community.
Leadership Development
The 1911 United Inc. Youth Academy is a transformative educational initiative designed to empower young adults in Prince George's County with essential life skills, civic knowledge, and community engagement opportunities.

1911 United Inc. is a coalition established by members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in Maryland. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we serve as a civic advocacy and community development organization committed to supporting causes and initiatives that improve the quality of life for economically disadvantaged, at-risk, and minority populations throughout Maryland.
Our mission is to create opportunity, strengthen communities, and expand pathways to economic and business success. We unite business, professional, civic, and community leaders who share a commitment to promoting, supporting, attracting, and retaining businesses throughout Maryland and beyond, with particular attention to underserved and disadvantaged communities.
Membership is open to individuals affiliated with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., their affiliated businesses, and individuals, families, businesses, and organizations that support and advance the mission and vision of 1911 United Inc.
Through collaboration, advocacy, and community engagement, 1911 United Inc. works to build stronger communities, create sustainable opportunities, and help turn potential into progress.
